Here’s how you can go toxin-free

Gone are the times when mindless and unconscious purchase decisions were taken. As far as our memory goes, humans can point out countless activities that have caused harm to their and the planet’s health. Everything that urges and ensures the betterment of the planet and upcycling of the human lifestyle is marked as a revolution and one such revolution that is bringing about major changes is the concept of ‘Clean Beauty’.

Consumers have been restlessly shopping for cosmetics and beauty products without paying attention to the ingredients, and regardless of what could their long-term usage led to. It has become important for everyone to learn that the everyday essentials that they pick up without giving a conscious thought are loaded with toxins and harmful chemicals that are potential of causing mild to severe skin and health ailments; and some even life-threatening.


Clean beauty is a concept of using products that are made with only safe and non-toxic ingredients. It’s time we stop lathering our skin with harmful chemicals and switch to safer and equally effective alternatives. Here are some harmful inclusions that everyone must avoid:

Lead – Used as a pigment in the lipsticks and to enhance its colour texture. Regular use of lipsticks containing lead can cause discolouration of lips, making them look darker and dry.

Aluminium – Used as a pigment and thickener, which when absorbed in the bloodstream, causes hormonal disruptions due to its ability to mimic oestrogen. Aluminium is found in almost all personal care products, especially in lipsticks and deodorants.

Parabens – Used as a preservative in almost all skincare and beauty products, this ingredient has been linked with cancer.

Triclosan – It works as an antibacterial agent that prevents fungus and bacterial growth in skincare products like shampoos. This ingredient may disrupt thyroid function and can degrade into dioxin form which, when absorbed into the body, can cause cancer of various kinds.

Synthetic fragrances – Synthetic perfumes/fragrances are not a safe ingredient to be used and it is evidently present in most personal care products.

Sodium lauryl sulfate & its derivatives
– Used to form foam, bubbles, and lather. SLS is found in around 95% of personal care products such as shampoo, body wash, face cleansers, etc.

Siloxanes – Ingredients ending with methicone, siloxane, etc., not only clog your pores and cause severe acne but are also potential reproductive disruptors. Not only to humans, but this ingredient is also harmful to wildlife.

Clean beauty products are not just safe and equally effective but they also deliver long-lasting results and do not make the human body dependent, unlike the chemical counterparts. These products are made with gentle and result-driven ingredients that solve the majority of skin and hair problems.

Reducing consumption of food kept in aluminium packaging can lead to decrease in potential health risks

Studies have shown that reducing the consumption of food kept in aluminium packaging can lead to a decrease in potential health risks.

High levels of aluminium compounds may cause neurotoxic developmental disorders, as well as kidney, liver and bone damage, among other things.


Therefore, the inputs of the different sources of overall aluminium consumption by people were compared with one another.


The (BfT) BFR Federal Institute For Risk Assessment bases its assessment of the population's aluminium intake from food on the latest consumption and concentration data.


The concentration data used show the average aluminium concentrations in the different food categories. For non-food products, such as cosmetics or packaging, the exposure assessment is also based on data regarding aluminium contents in the products. Furthermore, typical application forms and quantities are taken into account.


For the risk assessment of aluminium intake, the BfR uses the tolerable weekly intake (TWI) derived from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) of 1 milligram aluminium per kilogram body weight.


BfR's assessment showed that aluminium intake from food is lower compared to previous studies. Food is still relevant, but no longer the population's main source of intake. If other relevant sources of aluminium intake are taken into accounts, such as aluminium containing cosmetic products and uncoated food contact materials, the total intake can exhaust or even exceed the TWI for all age groups.


However, consumers can influence their aluminium intake by using aluminium that contains antiperspirants and toothpaste sparingly. And as far as the food is concerned a varied diet, as well as alternating products and brands, are recommended by the BfR. This can contribute to reducing the risk of permanently high aluminium intake caused by individual highly contaminated products.


The BfR recommends, also for other reasons, exclusively breastfeeding infants in the first 6 months of life, if possible. The BfR generally advises against the preparation and storage of, in particular, acidic and salty foods in uncoated aluminium articles or aluminium foil. If the aforementioned and avoidable sources of intake are reduced, most consumers are not expected to suffer any adverse health effects.


The BfR recommends that manufacturers take appropriate measures to reduce the amount of aluminium in food. These may include, for instance, using raw materials with low aluminium content or coated materials for processing and packaging food.


In the aluminium risk assessment, there is still a high level of uncertainty, since important data are not yet available or can be interpreted differently. The problem of the degree to which aluminium is absorbed through the skin and the potential long-term consequences of prolonged aluminium consumption is involved.

International scientists have found autism's cause

Five clear, replicable, and related discoveries explaining how autism is triggered have formed an undeniably clear picture of autism’s causation, and possibly ways to alleviate the symptoms, too. Most of the research that has created this understanding has been published in the last 36 months, and largely from international scientists in the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Israel, and China. 

In early December 2017, the team published a paper that for the first time looked at the brain tissue of subjects with autism to determine the level of aluminum (note: they spell “aluminum” as “aluminium” in the United Kingdom) found within their brain tissue. For anyone trying to convince the world that “the science is settled and vaccines don’t cause autism,” the study’s findings are deeply contradictory to that statement. In a post written by the Professor on the day his study was published, he explained the groundbreaking results:
“…while the aluminium content of each of the 5 brains [of people with autism] was shockingly high it was the location of the aluminium in the brain tissue which served as the standout observation…The new evidence strongly suggests that aluminium is entering the brain in ASD [autism spectrum disorders] via pro-inflammatory cells which have become loaded up with aluminium in the blood and/or lymph, much as has been demonstrated for monocytes at injection sites for vaccines including aluminium adjuvants.”

Dr.’s quote includes a reference to “monocytes at injection sites” and the fact that the interaction between these monocytes and aluminum has been demonstrated in previous published science. I know, that sounds pretty technical, but bear with me. A “monocyte” is a type of white blood cell, of which one form of monocyte is a “macrophage.” A macrophage can be thought of as the garbage man of the immune system, eating up foreign substances, cell debris, etc. As you will see in a moment, macrophages appear to be playing a critical and devastating role in triggering autism, serving to escort aluminum injected from a vaccine directly into the brain, where it can disrupt brain development and trigger autism.

Dr.’s study — “Aluminium in brain tissue and autism” — is the final piece of a puzzle that first started to come together in 2004, and picked up steam since 2010, that has dramatically furthered the scientific understanding of exactly how a vaccine can trigger autism. This timeline is critical to recognize, because the Vaccine Court in the United States dismissed the vaccine-autism hypothesis in 2009, long before most of what I’m about to explain even existed. Science is a continuum, an emergence of truth through many different studies that often have to be pieced together before the picture becomes clear. And, scientific progress can sometimes move slowly until that moment when an emerging truth presents itself in such a way that it can no longer be denied. In my opinion, Dr.’s study provided the only data missing from an airtight explanation of what happened to my son and so many other children.

Why is aluminum in vaccines at all?
Aluminum is a critical component of most vaccines given to children. It serves as an “adjuvant” meaning the aluminum serves to “wake up” the immune system, provoking the immune system to recognize the “antigen” within the vaccine for whatever disease the vaccine serves to protect against. The amount of aluminum in vaccines given to children skyrocketed beginning in the early 1990s for two reasons: 1), more vaccines were added to the children’s vaccine schedule and, 2), the vaccination rate for all vaccines given to children rose (from 50–60% of children vaccinated in the mid-1980s to over 90% today). A child in the mid-1980s would have received 1,250 micrograms of aluminum from their vaccines by their 18-month birthday if they were fully vaccinated. Today, that number is 4,925 micrograms, a near-quadrupling of total aluminum. 


 Mystifyingly, aluminum has never experienced biological testing to consider its safety for being injected into babies, having been “grandfathered” into our modern safety standards. Canadian scientists addressed this omission in a critical study they published in 2011 titled, “Aluminum Vaccine Adjuvants: Are they Safe?” They wrote:
“Aluminum is an experimentally demonstrated neurotoxin and the most commonly used vaccine adjuvant. Despite almost 90 years of widespread use of aluminum adjuvants, medical science’s understanding about their mechanisms of action is still remarkably poor. There is also a concerning scarcity of data on toxicology and pharmacokinetics of these compounds. In spite of this, the notion that aluminum in vaccines is safe appears to be widely accepted. Experimental research, however, clearly shows that aluminum adjuvants have a potential to induce serious immunological disorders in humans. In particular, aluminum in adjuvant form carries a risk for autoimmunity, long-term brain inflammation and associated neurological complications and may thus have profound and widespread adverse health consequences.”

Cooking food in aluminium pans reduces your child's IQ

The lead in vessels is neurotoxic in children and causes brain damage and mental retardation.

  Parents please take note. Cooking food in aluminium pots, pans or dishes may reduce your kid's Intelligent Quotient (IQ) and performance at school.
 
The findings published in journal Science of the Total Environment, indicate that cadmium is neurotoxic in children and causes kidney damage which is linked to cardiovascular deaths and is carcinogenic.Lead exposure in children is linked to brain damage, mental retardation, lower educational performance and a range of other health effects.


According to the study, aluminium cookware are made from scrap metal including auto and computer parts, cans and other industrial debris that poses a serious and previously unrecognised health risk to millions of people."Lead and cadmium exposures from regular use of these pots will significantly reduce IQ and school performance among children, and contribute to millions of deaths due to cardiovascular disease," said lead study author Jeffrey Weidenhamer from Ashland University.

The researchers tested samples of aluminium cookware made in 10 developing countries and more than one-third pose a lead exposure hazard.The investigation simulated cooking by boiling acidic solutions in the cookware for two hours and measuring the lead extracted in solution.The cookware also released significant levels of aluminium, arsenic and cadmium.

They also found levels of aluminium on average were six times greater than WHO dietary guidelines and significant concentrations of cadmium leached from 31 percent of the cookware tested."Lead exposure from inexpensive aluminum cookware has the potential to be of much greater public health significance than lead paint or other well-known harmful sources that are common around the world," said Perry Gottesfeld from Occupational Knowledge International."The presence of lead in food cooked in these pots may be one contributing factor to the ongoing lead poisoning epidemic," Gottesfeld stated.

Recently conducted surveys of lead exposure in Africa and Asia have suggested that blood lead levels have remained stubbornly elevated despite the ban on lead in gasoline.

Making few changes and adjustments to your simple lifestyle could help you protect against Alzheimer's.
According to health experts, taking few steps towards healthy lifestyle could protect you against heart disease, stroke, cancer and dementia.
The health experts suggested their advice following the warnings that rates of the deadly brain disease will triple in the next 40 years if preventive measures are not taken on time.
Increasing scientific evidences in recent times has revealed that by following a specific diet and exercise routine one could reduce the risk of developing dementia by more than half.
Leading researcher  launched the seven guidelines at the International Conference on Nutrition and the Brain . These are as follows:
  • Practising exercise on daily basis, consuming plenty of vegetables, beans and pulses and limiting bad fats can prove key factors.

  • The guidelines says vegetables, fruits, legumes like beans, peas, and lentils and whole grains should be included in daily staples along with a handful of nuts or seeds as source of vitamin E.

  • People are also recommended to get adequate amount of vitamin B12 daily either from milk and eggs or any efficient supplement that meet their daily need.

  • Dr. also suggests to avoid the use of cookware, antacids, baking powder, or other products that may add aluminium to the diet, although its role remains unclear.

  • At last, he advises for regular aerobic exercise, equivalent to 40 minutes of brisk walking three times a week.

Metals that are wrecking you


Two laboratories come up with shocking results. Experts 

blame pollution, construction activity and ayurvedic 

medicines for toxicity.

It's been 10 years since lead-free petrol was introduced. Lead 

in pencils is gradually being replaced by graphite and clay, 

and most paint and cosmetic companies are now going out 

of their way to convince consumers that their product is 

'metal-free'. And yet, lead poisoning continues to top the 

chart of heavy metal toxicity in humans. Medical experts 

claim extreme level of pollution, construction activity and 

haphazard use of ayurvedic medicines are the culprits.

Figures from the city-based laboratories reveal the 

worrisome trend. Of the 600 odd samples received every 

month by a diagnostics centre for Atomic Absorption 

Spectroscopy, which detects metal content in body fluids, 

about 350 contain lead. It is followed by copper (125), zinc 

(50) and other metals such as arsenic, mercury, aluminium 

and chromium.

Even a small amount of exposure to lead can lead to long-

term health hazards, especially in children. It is known to 

cause anaemia, hypertension, impaired fertility and so on. 

Doctors say foetuses can be affected by lead exposure, as it 

reaches them through the placenta.

In addition, lead does not allow other metals such as zinc 

and copper to be flushed out of the body, leading to their 

build-up as well. The dangerous metal can remain inside the 

body for more than 45 years.

Apart from being carcinogenic or toxic, most metals 

adversely affect the central nervous system, kidneys, liver , 

skin, bones and teeth.

"The number of samples with metal content has gone up 

over the years. We started in 2010 with about 250 samples 

monthly and today we screen around 600," said  a Dr. 

Another laboratory, tests about 250 samples in a month, of 

which 150 contain lead. "Most samples are from people 

working in industrial set-ups, which expose them to such 

metals on a daily basis. Samples with arsenic generally 

come from people who use ayurvedic drugs containing 

heavy metals," said a Dr. 

While advanced technology is available to test the metal 

content, many metals generally go undetected. That is 

because the process to detect each metal is different and 

doctors check only for that metal which is producing 

adverse symptoms. Ayurvedic medicines have been blamed 

for high amount of metals in them. The practitioners, 

however, claim that their medicines were always made with 

various metals but qualified practitioners know how much 

to prescribe.

According to a consultant physician , these metals are 

present in food, water, even the very air we breathe in. 

"They first enter the blood stream. Liver tries to process 

these metals out of our body, which puts pressure on it. It 

can cause jaundice and liver cell disease. These metals can 

cause renal failure and neurological problems too," said 

a Dr.

According to the Dr., if detected in the initial stages, patient 

can be provided with metal chelationtherapy, which helps 

remove these toxins in two-three months.

Heavy metal poisoning 
Heavy metals may enter the body by ingestioninhalation or 

absorption through the skin or mucous membranes. They 

are then stored in the body's soft tissues. Once absorbed, they 

compete with other ions and bind to proteins, impairing 

enzymatic activity and damaging many organs.
