Cleanse Your Body With 1 of 10 Great Detox Bath Recipes

Detox baths represent the perfect method for getting rid of all the bad stuff that likes to house itself in your body, namely toxins, which are poisonous substances (usually proteins) that you ingest as a result of what you eat and the environmental factors you're exposed to. While you might have heard of some of these detox bath recipes in the past, there are some in this list that I'm sure you haven't heard of before:

1. Essential Oils
This detox bath is as simple as adding a few drops of essential oils to your bath water. You can even select the essential oils you're going to add in accordance with a current problem you're facing. For instance, you can feel totally fatigued after a long day at work, and choose peppermint essential oil to add to your bath to give you vitality and energy. Seeing as all essential oils are geared towards remedying some physiological problem or other, you can customize your detox bath accordingly.

2. Hydrogen Peroxide
Also called an oxygen detox bath, this one is ideal if you've been around a big group of people or traveled by bus, train or plane that day. This is because it helps your body get rid of toxins while having antibacterial and antiviral properties. To reap the full benefit of this detox bath, make sure you soak in the tub for at least half an hour, and also remember to take the time to calm and quieten your mind.

3. Sea Salt detox-bath-recipes

This detoxifying bath can trace its roots all the way back to ancient times - people who lived back then had knowledge of sea salt's ability to purify the body. The key thing with this detox bath is to add real sea salt rather than the kind that's iodized and sold in bulk in cylindrical containers.

4. Baking Soda
Detox Bath If you're looking to de-stress, then this bath might be the one to choose. Simply add some baking soda straight from the kitchen cupboard to your bath water, and this will help neutralize the effects of the chlorine and fluoride that's normally added to public water sources. After all, it's difficult to detox in a bath that's full of toxic chemicals!

5. Bentonite Clay Detox Bath
Over time, the human body can become filled with excess levels of heavy metals, however bentonite clay is a great way of releasing them from it. This is because bentonite clay has magnetic properties that can literally pull out the heavy metals from your body.

6. Ginger Detox Bath
Grate some fresh ginger root or sprinkle some ginger powder into your bath. Ginger is said to increase the body's ability to sweat, thus boosting its ability to release harmful toxins. In fact, a ginger bath's effects are often compared to sitting in a sauna or steam room, leading to increased energy, an increased feeling of cleanliness, and alleviating the symptoms of an upcoming cold.

7. Seaweed Detox Bath
This is a particularly special detox bath, because it incorporates a mix of clay, bladderwrack and kelp to create something quite unique. This combination of ingredients is said to increase blood flow through the body, as well as increase the amount of lymph fluids. Simply combine the ingredients together, mix them up and put them in your bath water prior to a nice, long soak.

8. Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Bath
Try adding apple cider vinegar to your bath to help with conditions like arthritis and gout, or if you have anything else caused by inflammation. It's also a good detox bath to consider if you have the tendency to lie awake at night with a wandering mind.

9. Epsom Salt Detox Bath

Epsom salt is said to have the ability to boost circulatory system function in the body, as well as improving nerve functions. It's also good for drawing out toxins from the body.

10. Magnetic Clay Detox Bath
As its name suggests, magnetic clay is magnetized, therefore it has the ability to draw certain harmful things from the body. This clay can be used to treat ailments such as having an excessive amount of mercury in the body, or other heavy metals such as arsenic or aluminum. In fact, there are different types of magnetic clay that you can add to your bath depending on your ailment.

Humans Draw Energy From Each Other the Same Way Plants Do

This year an intriguing discovery was made. Apparently, we humans can absorb herbal energy from plants. This theory has been in the works for a long time by the ones who practice alternative medicine, but now this theory is supported by facts. This is also proof of the phenomenon that humans can share energy with each other.

Dr. Olaf Kruse recently threw the study proving that the algae Chlamydomonas reinhardtii can actually not only produce oxygen through photosynthesis, it can also use another source for getting an energy supply. The other energy suppliers are actually other plants that are in the vicinity of the green algae species.

Humans are very similar to this even though it doesn’t look that way in the beginning. But, if you stop to think that we depend on other sources of energy like sunlight, water minerals, food calories, and even oxygen, you would quickly come to realize how a lot more connected we are with the other living species that roam this Earth.

The way this discovery came to life was thanks to Dr. Kruse who actually planted a sample of the species and threw an entire observation related to it. They put the sample in conditions where the plant couldn’t receive any of its regular energy sources.

The plant actually started trying to pull energy from plants that are single-cell and are around them. They were capable to do this because the green algae produced enzymes that are capable of producing enzymes that can absorb cellulose from other plants.

The fact that this plant is capable of digesting cellulose actually beats and contradicts every other study related to plants ever. To put it bluntly, some plants are capable of actually and literally eating other plants.

Dr. Kruse also went on saying that this phenomenon explains why people feel different and also respond differently while being exposed to different types of human energy close to them physically.  He also stated that basically, humans are capable of feeding off of each other, emotionally.

This study also explains why we need to starts taking bio-energy more seriously and studying it a lot more than we do.

People enjoy being in nature because nature is our main source where we get all of our needs. With this in mind, it’s important to know not to expose yourself to energy drainers. Here’s how to accomplish that.

Walk Barefoot

When the time comes where you feel completely drained from any energy source and you feel like you need to lie down and sleep, take your shoes out and go outside. Find the nearest hill, park, or mountain and have a nice walk.
If you don’t want to do this just sit down on the ground – Earth is capable of putting our energy levels in check.

Eliminate Negativity

Negativity has the ability to ruin just about everything in our life, from our mood to our health. It’s important to stay away from it and face it realistically when you have to deal with it. If you bottle it up you’re going to leave no space for positivity in your life.

Cleansing and Detox Bath

When these hard times come, it’s time to take a nice bath. But not any regular bath, even though that would work just fine too – takes some sea salt and put it in your bath. This is an ancient way of clean yourself from any bad energy and makes yourself feel better.

What most people don’t know is… detox is a proven method to eliminate unwanted and harmful waste from your body. Holistic medicine, has been supporting these facts for years.

Within a matter of weeks you can look younger, feel more alive, and trim weight off your body… without ever going on a diet, It's called Detox Bath.

Being an alternative therapist myself, I can surely say that we do tend to take negativity from people. Those who have a lot of positive energy, do attract people towards them. Not only plants give us energy, we can also give energy to plants, animals along with people for their good. This is purely based on science- that there is energy everywhere. So, we can draw energy from the Universe and pass it on to self and others with our hands ! One has to really experience it to believe in it. I've had physicians and cardio as my patient and students !
