How To Kill Any Body Infection The Natural Way

How To Kill Any Body Infection The Natural Way
Have you heard of the legendary Fire Cider Recipe? It’s an amazing natural Master Tonic that’s great for treating any infection and avoids all the adverse side effects of Antibiotics.

Fire Cider is a mixture of sweet and spicy flavors you can mix up at home from just a few ingredients. It’s just what you need to give your immune system an all-natural boost, plus it enhances your circulatory and digestive systems.
Try it in those colder months when you’re prone to sinus infections, or whenever you feel a cold starting to come on or that ‘rundown’ feeling. It will give your immune system a huge boost. One of the key ingredients is Apple Cider Vinegar.

In our modern world antibiotics have been commonly over-prescribed as a ‘quick fix’ which doesn’t actually remedy the causes of the ailments.

There are also many adverse side effects including nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, stomach upsets, thrush, hives and other allergic reactions. Below is what you need to make your Fire Cider Recipe.
Horseradish aids in digestion and has always been a traditional natural remedy for bad sinus infections or congestion type headaches. The recipe calls for lots of Garlic too which was known as Poor Man’s Penicillin in older times. They’re mixed with chopped Onion and fresh Ginger root.

Simply chop up all the ingredients, pour into a glass jar and cover with the Apple Cider Vinegar. You can substitute Cayenne Powder for the Chilli Peppers and adjust to suit your taste so it’s not too hot. This is particularly useful if you have children. Leave in the jar for a few weeks then strain out so you’re left with just the liquid and add honey to taste.
What you need to make Fire Cider Recipe
1/2 cup of fresh grated or chopped GINGER ROOT
1/2 cup fresh grated or chopped HORSERADISH ROOT
    1 medium ONION chopped
10 cloves of GARLIC crushed or chopped
2 HOT PEPPERS (cayenne or jalapeno -1/4 tsp if using powdered)
    APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
RAW HONEY (preferably local and wild flower)
Fire Cider Chutney Recipe

Strain the herbs from Fire Cider after 3 to 4 weeks. The herbs should still be somewhat firm and flavorful.

Add the herbs to a food processor or blender and grind coarsely (don’t blend into a smooth paste, but only until coarse and crunchy). If too dry, add a little of the Fire Cider Vinegar to the mix. You can add a little more honey and cayenne to taste.

Your finished Fire Cider Chutney should be sweet but not too sweet, hot but not too hot, and just right …

This delicious chutney is great on toast, mixed with rice, veggie dishes, is a favorable addition to soups, or can be enjoyed right from the spoon! Images and Info via Mother Earth News

How Garlic Does More Than Ward Off Vampires

An old saying goes that if you eat garlic, you are sure to keep away vampires at night. But what is the origin of this saying and does it really have any significance?

The notion that garlic can kill off vampires and other creatures of the night was a folk belief that was once common among Central European communities. It was thought that garlic's overwhelming pungency would ward off demons, were wolves and vampires, and traditionally would be worn, hung in windows or rubbed around the entrance to the house. Other cultures believed that garlic is a relic of Satan that should be avoided at all costs. Although these superstitions may seem outlandish, there happens to be a bit of useful truth in them.

garlic

Garlic is the most powerful antibiotic cure nature has to offer. This simple looking herb can be used to treat a number of heart and blood-related conditions, such as high blood pressure or high cholesterol, and is even used by some to prevent common cancers, like stomach, colon and even breast cancer. This is due to a chemical in the garlic called allicin, the same element that makes the garlic smell and probably the reason for the folk belief in vampires.
Studies have shown that allicin can offer tremendous aid in weight loss and may even help cure the common cold. Yet it is important to note that the wonderful powers of garlic are optimized when the garlic is completely raw, peeled and crushed, and when it is consumed only as medicine.

How to use garlic to fend off real-life vampires like the flu and other diseases:

1. Cold and Fever Cure

An effective cold and fever cure is garlic tea. To make the tea, boil some water and crush 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic (peeled) and place them at the bottom of the mug. Then add hot water, lemon and a bit of honey (to ease the taste) and drink it all down at once. Repeat a few times a day until the fever or cold symptoms subside.

2. Treat Skin and Fungal Infections
To treat skin or fungal infections, garlic can be used topically on a daily basis. Apply a slice of garlic to a wart regularly (about 2-3 times per day) and be amazed at the improvement. The wart or corn may not completely disappear, but any discomfort will subside.

3. Garlic as an Antibiotic

As mentioned above, in order to use garlic as an antibiotic, it is best to consume the herb regularly. Studies have shown that eating raw garlic at the onset of food poisoning can kill off the deadly E.coli, Staph and Salmonella bacteria. Chop up garlic and drink it in a tea, this time without lemon, and a bit of honey, and the poisoning is sure to subside.

4. For Those That Can't Stand the Taste

If you are not a big fan of garlic or its taste, there are some allicin supplements that can be store-bought and taken as needed. It is important to remember, however, that the potency of the allicin depends on its preparation, and it can change into a different chemical quite quickly. For this reason, it is best to buy the most natural version of an allicin vitamin where it is available, or stomach the taste of raw garlic only when you are sick.

5. Bug Repellent

Another way to use garlic harks back to the vampire myth. Smearing garlic over the skin not only prevents bacterial or fungal infections, but can also ward off mosquitoes and ticks quite effectively. One village in India uses only garlic to deter the deadly malaria mosquitoes and can attest to the natural and harmless effectiveness of garlic. All that remains is to overcome the sharp smell!

Garlic in its many forms can be used to treat and prevent a variety of diseases and conditions, and, just as the folklore suggests, is nature's miracle solution for warding off the bad.

I use garlic in milk along with turmeric, it helps to reduce my cough and phlegm, almost every night I drink it, I simmer the content for 20-25 minutes, then drink it hot adding little sugar at night.

Various Health Benefits of Guavas

Guavas are found in the tropics, and invoke images of vacations, summer parties and island life, but this tasty fruit is more than a celebratory food. Guavas are bursting with healthy vitamins and minerals and can be used to treat many serious ailments. You can recognize guavas by their yellow, green or maroon skins and creamy white or pink pulp.
1. Weight loss and gain
Guava is a winning fruit for its many great benefits. If you’re trying to lose weight, guavas are not a fruit you need to give up. In fact, this snack-sized fruit can satisfy your appetite while adding few calories, low amounts of carbohydrates and no cholesterol to your diet. Also, compared to other fruit, it adds a low dose of sugar.

Guavas also offer a great source of vitamins, proteins, roughage, fibers and minerals. For lean people trying to gain weight, this fruit is also beneficial as it promotes the healthy absorption of nutrients and its substantial nutrients regulate one’s metabolism.
2. Blood pressure and Diabetes
Guavas are hypoglycemic and rich in fiber, which help reduce blood pressure. Dietary fibers maintain the blood’s fluidity and prevent it from thickening, which can worsen blood pressure. Foods lacking in fiber (for example refined flour) increase blood pressure because they convert to sugar more quickly. Guavas can help fight or even prevent diabetes. The fiber regulates the sugar being absorbed by the body and the risk of high spikes and drops in the body’s insulin and glucose levels is reduced.
3. Diarrhea, dysentery, and gastroenteritis
The abundant astringent (substances that contract body tissue) makeup of raw guava and guava leaves helps loosen the bowels and reduce the symptoms of diarrhea and gastroenteritis. Being highly alkaline, the guavas act as a disinfectant, removing excess mucus from the intestines and inhibiting microbial growth. For these reasons, guavas can also be used to treat dysentery. The guavas’ plentiful supply of vitamin C, carotenoids and potassium can also boost your digestive system.
4. Thyroid health
A good substance for regulating the thyroid’s metabolism is copper, which guavas have plenty of. The thyroid glands regulate important hormones and organ system functions, which helps maintain a healthy balance in your body.
5. Healthy brains
Also present in guavas are high amounts of vitamins B3 and B6. These both have benefits for the health of your brain. B3, which is also called niacin, is known to help increase blood flow and stimulate cognitive function, while B6 helps preserve normal nerve function.
6. Scurvy
Guava is your best source for vitamin C. In fact, it has four times the amount of vitamin C found in oranges, which are regarded as the go-to food for this vitamin. The concentration of vitamin C can prevent scurvy, a disease caused by a deficiency of this vitamin.
7. Constipation
The seeds of guavas, either ingested whole or chewed, are excellent laxatives. In addition to the fruits' substantial amount of dietary fiber, guavas are advantageous for treating constipation. These two sources cleanse your intestines and excretory system and help your body retain water, helping you achieve healthy bowel movements. Frequently snacking on guavas, then, can be beneficial for proper digestion.
8. Colds and coughs
Drinking the juice of guavas and fresh guava fruit helps in fighting colds and coughs. The astringent quality can lessen mucus, disinfect the respiratory tract, throat, and lungs and reduce microbial activity. The substantial amounts of iron and vitamin C in guavas also help treat viral infections. It’s advised to avoid eating overly ripe guavas when you have a cold or cough, as they can actually aggravate them.
9. Eyesight
The considerable quantities of vitamin A in guavas are extremely beneficial for the health of your vision. This helps slow down macular degeneration, the growth of cataracts, and can even improve one’s eyesight deterioration once it has begun.
10. Cancer prevention
Guava is also valuable in your diet as a preventative measure against cancerous growths and metastasis. The high levels of an antioxidant called lycopene has been shown to reduce the risk of prostate cancer and inhibit the growth of breast cancer cells. Guava leaf oil is another anti-proliferative extract from the guava plant that has proven effective in reducing cancer growth.
11. Skincare
Guavas are also fantastic at improving skin texture and keeping your skin looking fresh. Guavas are full of astringents, particularly in fresh fruit and the leaves of the plant. If you rinse your skin with a guava decoction, the fruit can tone and tighten areas of loose skin.

Eating the fruit also provides a rich source of vitamins A, B, C, as well as potassium, which are excellent antioxidants and detoxifiers. They can keep your skin glowing, prevent premature aging and wrinkles, and can speed up the healing process of wounds.

Benefits Of Ginger Tea

Ginger is a popular spice and has been used for its medicinal properties for thousands of years now. Some may find it difficult to manage the taste and aroma of the spice; however, it can protect your body from a number of health conditions that you may face regularly.

So, if you are tired of popping pills every time you get an upset stomach or you are down with a cold, try using ginger to combat the issue. If you are having difficulty biting into a raw ginger for its benefits, you should definitely try ginger tea.

Here are some amazing benefits of ginger tea that can heal your body if you have mild health conditions.

1. Beats All Kinds Of Nausea

Ginger is considered to be a safe treatment for nausea and vomiting, even during pregnancy too. Ginger tea is also good for morning or travel sickness and for improving sluggish circulation. It can also treat post-operative nausea and therapy-induced nausea. It is always best to prepare your own ginger tea with freshly chopped ginger root in boiling water. However, some people also use ginger powder or ginger syrup. These may not be as effective as the freshly cut ginger root tea.

2. Treats Cold And Cough

Ginger tea is also effective in treating cold and cough. Ginger has antiviral and antibacterial properties that can protect the body from infections by increasing the immunity levels. If you have a severe cough, the respiratory tract may get inflamed and ginger, with its anti-inflammatory property, can bring down the inflammation in your respiratory system. Similarly, the soothing, warm action of ginger tea can melt and remove the mucus trapped in the lungs to treat cough. Drinking some ginger tea is also effective in easing spasms associated with severe coughing.  In 400 ml water, finely chop or grate 2 tsp of ginger, 15 tulsi leaves washed and 2 peppercorns crushed, let it simmer for 5 minutes, strain, divide into 3 parts approximately, drink 1 part at once as hot as possible. I drink it plain, in case, you can add honey or sugar 1 tsp. The remaining 2 parts, warm and drink in afternoon and night, with this the heaviness in the head also reduces and your cold gets a lot better.

3. Eases Muscle Pain And Soreness

Ginger tea is good to ease your muscle aches and soreness after a strenuous workout. The anti-inflammatory properties of ginger contribute to this health benefit. In fact, after a heavy workout, sipping on the ginger tea will also help you rehydrate your body.

Ginger may also be effective in treating serious illnesses like osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. This is because ginger can suppress inflammatory molecules reducing joint pain and inflammation associated with the conditions. Having four cups of ginger tea daily may ease the pain. However, it is always better to check with your doctor before you change your diet as it may interfere with medications

4. Controls Menstrual Pain

If you experience severe pain during menstruation, ginger tea can alleviate the pain. Studies have shown that ginger is as effective as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) that work by reducing the hormones that cause inflammation and pain. Therefore, if you want to ease your menstrual pain naturally without medications, have a cup of warm ginger tea.

5. Lowers Cholesterol Levels

Ginger tea lowers the bad cholesterol in your body. It helps reduce the total cholesterol and triglycerides present in the blood. This can help lower your risk of developing heart diseases and other serious illnesses. If you already have a high cholesterol and are on medications, speak to your doctor before you start drinking ginger tea to reduce it further.

6. Improves Digestive Functions

Ginger is very effective for gastrointestinal issues like diarrhea, appetite loss, etc. Ginger tea can also do the same to help your digestive system function better. It can also help with chronic indigestion. Studies have shown that it can also reduce inflammation in the colon if that is the cause of your digestive issue. If you have a mild stomach upset and don’t want to take medicines, ginger tea is an effective remedy that can ease the discomfort.

7. May Help Prevent Cancer

Ginger is a good source of antioxidants. The antioxidants are capable of fighting free radicals that can damage the body cells and can eventually cause cancer. Therefore, this means that sipping on ginger tea will give your body enough antioxidants that can fight disease-causing free radicals and can inhibit the growth of cancer cells. Ginger and ginger tea may be used to treat breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and pancreatic cancer.

Apart from these benefits, ginger tea may also be effective in lowering the blood sugar levels,
reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes. If you already have diabetes, it may help control your sugar levels, too. Ginger tea may also protect the body from age-related decline in the brain function.

Therefore, adding ginger in the form of ginger tea to your diet may be a good decision. Homemade ginger tea may be more effective than ginger powder. All you need to do is chop some fresh ginger root and boil it in water. If you cannot take the raw flavor, you can add honey, mint, or even lemon to your tea.

Before you start having ginger tea on a regular basis, try it one cup at a time. It is rare to experience side effects with ginger or ginger tea. However, some people may experience minor side effects like a burning sensation or a heartburn. High doses of ginger tea may also cause nausea and stomach ailments. Pregnant and breastfeeding women, diabetics, heart patients, and those suffering from gallstones should not take ginger tea without speaking to the health professional. If you are on blood-thinning medications, ginger tea may interfere with the medicines that may worsen the condition.

Benefits of Honey and Cinnamon Mixture

Honey and cinnamon are two amazing natural substances. Natural honey which hasn’t been heated is an excellent raw ingredient for your health. Cinnamon is one of my favorite spices and it’s full of medicinal properties that can contribute a lot to your health.

Health Benefits of Honey and Cinnamon

1. Cinnamon & Honey as a Natural Diabetes Treatment

Cinnamon is one of the top 14 foods top 14 foods and spices that can control type 2 diabetes. Since most of us have cinnamon and honey readily available in the kitchen cupboard, the potential to protect our families from diabetes could be life-changing.
Honey helps to control a number of the factors that have been linked to type 2 diabetes including insulin resistance and blood sugar levels.1 It can help to regulate blood sugar levels, which is a crucial factor in controlling diabetes or preventing it and is more tolerable than most common sugars or sweeteners according to the International Journal of Biological Sciences.
For people whose diabetes is under control, consuming honey in small amounts should not cause blood glucose to spike dramatically, but remember that moderation is a key, as part of a healthy and balanced diet.
Cinnamon is also excellent for preventing and treating diabetes. According to the doctors, 500 mg of cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon) twice a day improves an individual’s ability to regulate blood sugar levels. The Journal  confirmed that cinnamon tea helped to regulate blood sugar levels after meals.
A cup of warm water with a teaspoon of raw honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon will allow you to take advantage of some of the health benefits of cinnamon and honey. Don’t add honey to boiling water to avoid nutrient loss.

2. Cinnamon and Honey for Allergies

Dust mites are one of the greatest sources of allergies in your home and getting rid of these annoying little critters often includes chemicals that are sometimes more dangerous than the critters themselves.
Dust mites have been found to be responsible for dermatitis, asthma, rhinitis, and they have even been found to be responsible for some sudden infant death syndrome cases.
You can use cinnamon to get rid of dust mites! In a study published , cinnamon was found to be effective at killing dust mites. Cinnamon bark oil and cinnamon leaf oil were two and a half times more effective at killing dust mites than benzyl benzoate (chemical used to treat lice and scabies infestations), and cinnamon oil is far less toxic than most of the other chemicals used for dust mites.
A teaspoon of raw honey can help to boost your immune system. Honey and cinnamon can therefore help you fight allergies from the inside and from the outside.
DIY recipe for dust mite pesticide spray
It is really easy to make your own dust mite household pesticide spray. All you need is a spray bottle, distilled water, and cinnamon leaf or bark oil. You need about 24 drops of cinnamon oil for 4 ounces (120 ml) of water. Spray your linens, carpets, curtains, and mattresses to kill off the dust mites and leave your home smelling great.

3. Honey & Cinnamon as a Natural Acne Treatment

Honey and cinnamon have been used by traditional healers for centuries as a way to treat acne and various other skin conditions. Both cinnamon and honey offer potent antibacterial and antimicrobial properties.

The Journal reports that cinnamon is very effective at killing Staphylococcus epidermidis, the types of bacteria often responsible for acne.

The journal points out that the advantage of cinnamon oil over antibiotics is that cinnamon does not create antibiotic resistant strains of these bacteria.7 Cinnamon oil does not come with the side effects associated with many antibiotics.
Records of honey used in cosmetics dates back to the earliest civilizations, and records suggest that honey and milk were two of Cleopatra’s beauty secrets.
According to the researchers, honey is currently used medicinally to treat burns and wounds and it is effective for use in treating dandruff and psoriasis. In cosmetic foundations, honey is soothing, helps to prevent wrinkles, and prevents pathogen infections.
Acne clearing honey and cinnamon spot treatment
To make your own honey and cinnamon spot treatment, mix 1 tablespoon of raw organic honey with a teaspoon of cinnamon. Apply the treatment to problem areas and then leave the application on for at least 20 minutes or overnight, if possible.

4. Honey and Cinnamon for the Common Cold

As I mentioned above, both honey and cinnamon offer powerful antimicrobial and antibacterial properties. Cinnamon and honey also contain an abundance of antioxidants that protect you from free radical damage.
Honey is a natural cough suppressant for children and adults. Honey is also one of the ingredients in my cough syrup , which I make along with ACV, dry ginger powder, cayenne pdr, honey and water.
Honey contains other vitamins and minerals that can help to boost the immune system and treat flu.
Honey and cinnamon tea for cold and flu
To take advantage of the healing properties of cinnamon and honey for colds and flu, prepare a tea using these ingredients (as mentioned previously, don’t add honey to boiling water to prevent nutrient loss). For children, a teaspoon before bedtime can help children and their parents get a good night’s rest.

5. Honey and Cinnamon for UTI

In a journal, it was published, a study that evaluated 28 plant extracts against Gram-negative such as E. coli (the main cause of urinary tract infections). Cinnamon was ranked in the top 4 most potent.
Preventing urinary tract infections by taking cinnamon supplements could decrease pain and reduce antibiotic use. You can also combine it with a moderate consumption of Manuka honey which has powerful antibacterial properties.

6. Honey and Cinnamon for Digestive Issues

Honey and cinnamon have always been popular in managing digestive issues such as constipation, nausea, and ulcers. Because honey is predigested nectar, it is easy for the body to break it down, which can soothe an aggravated system.
Cinnamon, has antimicrobial characteristics that can help people with bacterial overload in their digestive system; especially with people suffering from an E. coli infection as you just read in the study out of Iran. Cinnamon is also one of the edible herbs that are thought to help control H. Pylori bacteria  (which can cause peptic ulcers).

7. Honey and Cinnamon to Treat Gingivitis

Honey has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Researchers  discovered that chewing/sucking on a Manuka honey product not only caused a 35% decrease in plaque, it led to a 35% reduction in bleeding sites in people suffering from gingivitis!
You can combine it with the powerful antimicrobial cinnamon and regular use of the amazing mixture can do wonders to your smile! Honey and cinnamon benefits are proving to be a winning combination.

8. Cinnamon to Prevent Clogged Arteries

According to a study published in 2010, cinnamon oil could reduce harmful triglycerides in the blood by 30% and LDL or bad cholesterol by 27%. The build-up of fatty triglycerides and cholesterol in the blood and arteries is considered to be one of the causes of cardiovascular disease.

9. Honey and Cinnamon for Increased Energy

Chinese folk medicine has used cinnamon to promote a healthy flow vital energy for centuries, and because of its insulin-boosting property, cinnamon has been known to give people energy as it stabilizes your blood sugar.
Honey is composed of a unique carbohydrate composition of natural sugars and trace amounts of antioxidants, enzymes, minerals, vitamins and amino acids, making it a natural energy-filled afternoon snack.
Here are a few ideas on how to use honey to boost energy:
  • Add a teaspoon of honey to 8 ounces of water for a budget-friendly energy drink. You can also add a lemon to enjoy the amazing benefits of honey lemon water, which again helps to lose weight !have it on empty stomach each morning.
  • Mix honey with cream cheese or nut butter for an energy-boosting fruit and vegetable dip.
  • Spread nut butter, honey and sliced bananas on a whole-wheat sandwich.

10. Honey and Cinnamon for Weight Loss

I mentioned in that past that a combination of honey and cinnamon can help you shed unwanted pounds. Cinnamon has got cinnamaldehyde, which helps to burn fat. I soak an inch of cinnamon overnight in about 250-300 ml of water. In the morning, I simmer it for 5 minutes. In a glass/ mug, add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1" ginger finely chopped, add the simmered cinnamon water, mix well adding a tsp of honey. Let it seep for 10 minutes, DO NOT COVER IT. Then drink it on empty stomach, you can feel your fat getting burnt, feel satiety when you eat little. I drink this on most mornings, earlier, I used to miss my cup of tea. Now, got used to drinking this, don't miss my morning tea at all!

Cinnamon – How Much To Take

There aren’t many strict guidelines when it comes to using cinnamon. Some professionals advise that you can get up to one teaspoon a day if you are ingesting it in powdered form.
The oils and concentrates tend to vary in potency, so you should always read the instructions before using them. Although if taken in a large amount, it can be toxic when used excessively. The only other piece of advice is to avoid cinnamon altogether if you are already on some form of blood thinning medicine.
