Sinus Rinse

 water 1 cup

Himalayan pink salt 1/4 tsp

 baking soda 1/4 tsp

Neti pot/ sinus rinse bottle

Put the solution in a neti pot/ sinus rinse bottle and lean your head @ 45 degrees over a sink and pour the water through your left nostril and let the water flow through your right nostril. Repeat it by tilting your head the other way and pour in your right nostril, so the water flows out through the left nostril.

After this lightly blow your nose to remove any water that remains there.

Don't use hot water for sinus rinse, just clean water at normal room temperature.

Do the sinus rinse once in the morning and once in the evening/ night to get relief from blocked nose.

This not only improves your sinus health, also your lungs health as both are important for your respiratory system.
