Chinese Face Mapping Is Your Secret Beauty Weapon

If you would like to know what is going on internally in your body, you will love to learn Chinese Face Mapping Skin Analysis and it really works.

Chinese Face Mapping is an ancient practice that links your face to your inner health. You may be surprised to find that redness, dry patches or Acne can be directly attributed to the inner workings of your body.

Face Mapping can give you valuable insights. Each section of your face represents vital organs. Your upper cheeks for example are linked to your lungs and your eyes to your kidneys.

The great part of this practice is that once you know the root of the problem, you can start correcting it.

Smoking, poor diet, too much sugar, hormones, excessive alcohol, lack of sleep and dehydration are just some of the common issues.

Face Mapping

The skin is the largest body organ and it mirrors back to you clues in the form of physical imperfections. Your T-Zone, for example, can represent poor circulation, stress, coffee and alcohol overconsumption.

When it comes to your chin, jaw and neck, it is a haven for processed sugar and hormone imbalances.

Our face reflects the imbalances in our body through the appearance of rashes, pimples or color changes. Here’s how to interpret the different areas of your face for health purposes.

Forehead Area

The forehead is linked to the bladder and small intestine. The reasons could include excessive amounts of fats and processed foods, as well as stress, sleep deficiency.

Sugar and alcohol lead to slow digestion. The best treatment is lots of water, avoidance of alcohol and the consumption of raw food. A good night's sleep is a must too.

Area Between The Eyebrows

The area between the eyebrows is linked to the liver. Certain things affect the toxicity including excessive meat, alcohol and dairy consumption.

Consequently, the stomach is working overtime to digest the ingredients and this can cause inflammation.

The best way to treat is to include lots of raw, organic and healthy foods. Fresh air, meditation, yoga, or fast walking also are helpful.

Nose Related Area

The Nose is related to the heart. Poor circulation, gasses, stomach bloating or even high blood pressure are some of the reasons that this area may appear inflamed.

The best treatments include examining your blood pressure and your cholesterol levels. You should also look at detoxing your body by drinking organic green tea and exercising regularly.

Upper Part Of Cheeks Area

The upper part of the cheeks is linked to the lungs. The reasons can include smoking, asthma, pollution. Look at reducing or giving up smoking, get lots of fresh air and start exercising.

The cheeks also link to kidneys and the reason can be poor diet and stress. Excessive amounts of sugar and smoking are other possibilities. You should avoid junk food and use top-quality cosmetics and products on your skin.

Mouth And Chin Areas

The mouth and chin areas are related to the stomach and relate to high-fat and sugary foods, alcohol, caffeine drinks, stress and staying up late.

The best treatment includes a balanced healthy diet that is rich in fruits. If these issues persist, you should consult your doctor.

Jaw And Neck Areas

The Jaw and Neck Areas are linked to hormones. The reason is generally dehydration, too much salty food,  too much caffeine or spices. The treatment includes lots of water and reduction of caffeinated drinks, spices and salty food.

Improve Your Concentration with These 8 Pressure Points

We need good concentration and memory at every age and every stage of life. Regardless of whether we’re studying for an important exam or trying to remember how to get from one place to another, these abilities determine whether or not we’ll succeed in our mission. One of our strongest enemies in this struggle is stress, which negatively affects our concentration and memory.

However, you can turn this calm into a regular part of your life while focusing and refining your concentration and memory skills with 8 pressure points that will improve your mental abilities using only your hands.

1.The Third Eye
In Chinese culture, the third eye is believed to be a "mystical organ" responsible for clairvoyance. According to the Chinese, the third eye point helps improve concentration and, memory, a nd also helps to treat symptoms of influenza, such as fever, blocked nose, and nasal congestion headaches.
pressure points for memory and concentration
The point lies between the eyebrows, in the area between the bridge of the nose and the forehead. Press the spot gently for 3-4 minutes and repeat 2-3 times a day.

2. The Bigger Rushing
The use of this pressure point is especially recommended for students preparing for tests – massaging it helps to get rid of the feeling of exhaustion that comes with memorizing a large amount of material, improves concentration and encourages mental clarity. In addition, you should massage it when facing a big and significant decision, as it will help you focus on the possibilities that are facing you.

You’ll find this point at the top of the foot, where the big toe and second toe bones meet. Press gently on the point on both feet at the same time for two minutes, and repeat three times a day.

3. The Heavenly Pillar
This pressure point is used to reduce the feeling of pressure and pain in the head, which results from too many thoughts "running around" inside. It’s also used to cure a sore throat, and its massage helps to loosen the neck and improve blood flow to the brain.
pressure points for memory and concentration
The point is about 1 cm below the base of the skull and 3 cm from the spine on both sides. Place the index and middle finger on the two points and massage them for 7-8 minutes. Repeat the process three times a day to get the best results.

4. The Sun Point
It's possible that your hands naturally massage your temples when you feel that your head is crammed with stressful thoughts or when it’s hard for you to think. Massaging these points helps improve memory and concentration, and prevents headaches, dizziness, and stress.
pressure points for memory and concentration
Gently press on your temples with two fingers, 1 cm from the outer edge of the eyebrows – for two minutes, three times a day.

5. The Three-Mile point
Massaging this point helps to strengthen concentration and memory and provides clarity of thought. It also helps reduce symptoms of ulcers, inflammation of the small intestine, nausea, gas and swelling, and nourishes the body with energy in case of exhaustion.
pressure points for memory and concentration
The point is at a distance of 3 fingers below the knee, on the outside of the leg. Bend your knee and you’ll be able feel it when the muscle moves under your fingers. Press it for 5 minutes, once a day.

6. The Middle of a Person
You can often witness children pressing this point when they feel stressed or worried, and that's because massaging it makes us focus on our thoughts better. In addition to improving concentration and memory, massaging this point also helps reduce menstrual pain and dizziness, and it is recommended to do it especially when you feel your head is not working at its best.
pressure points for memory and concentration
Place your finger under your nose and above the upper lip, in the center of your face. Gently press the point for two minutes every day, and if you do this regularly for four weeks, you will feel its effect noticeably.

7. The Gates of Consciousness
If you suffer from memory problems, massaging these points is highly recommended for you. In addition to the beneficial effect of improving memory, it also helps to soothe headaches, so it is recommended to perform every time you experience pain that interferes with your daily functioning.
pressure points for memory and concentration
The points are right at the base of the skull, on either side of the spine. Place your fingers on them and feel the hollow in the skull – you’ll find them there. Rub the area gently for 2-3 minutes and repeat three times a day.

8. Under side of the toe
This point comes not from Chinese medicine, but from reflexology, and you don’t even have to use your fingers to massage it and get the benefits it provides. The left toe will affect the right side of the brain and the right toe will affect the left side, but it is recommended to massage both at the same time to obtain clarity of mind.
pressure points for memory and concentration
Move your thumb on the underside side of the big toe and massage all of it for 1-2 minutes. Repeat the process every day, and if you want to improve your concentration while working or learning, just rub your toe into your shoe and use the floor to resist it.

If you really want to improve your memory and concentration, you may want to massage these points every day for several weeks regularly. You can feel their effect significantly after four weeks, and you’ll see how easy it is to help our body and mind be at their best.

Health Checks Worth Doing on a Regular Basis

Illness is something we as humans are forever dreading, especially since we know some cases can be chronic or life-threatening. The worst part is, we don’t realize we're ill until the symptoms become unavoidable. By following the self-checks below you can assure yourself of your body's health - they’re quick, easy and definitely worth knowing! You’d be surprised to see what the smallest sign in your body may indicate.

1. Check your eyes for cholesterol levels
A lack of white in your eyes normally indicates that you’re tired or hung-over, but surprisingly enough, excess white in your eyes, such as a white line circling your iris, might be indicative of high cholesterol levels. Finding that your eyelids have a flat, yellowish color with velvety patches is also a serious sign. Do not let this symptom go unnoticed and risk getting further complications, such as coronary heart disease, which can lead to heart attacks in the future. See your GP to get your cholesterol checked and treated!

2. Count your moles to check for skin diseases
Moles are generally harmless, but if you find that you have more than 50 moles on your body, take this as a big warning sign, especially if they are multi-colored, growing in size, seem inflamed, or have a ragged edge. If you notice any of these signs in your moles, a good idea would be to regularly keep a record of their development by taking photos so it would be easier for your doctor to inspect them. If your moles also start to redden, become itchy or even bleed, seek medical advice as soon as possible. Such unusual-looking moles may be the cause of a type of skin cancer called malignant melanoma. Take our moles test to see if you know your moles.

3. Look for signs before you flush the toilet
Our excretions can also tell us about the health of our intestines, our digestion and our level of hydration. Every stool color, for instance, indicates different dietary causes or even problems. For example, a yellow color indicates excess fats, due to a malabsorption disorder such as celiac disease. What is most worrying is finding black or red stools, which may signify stomach or intestinal bleeding. These call for prompt medical attention. Urine can also be checked for its color: A pale color signifies good health, whereas a dark yellow color might mean you're dehydrated and need to increase your intake of water.

4. Check your eyebrows for thyroid health
If you notice an unusual lack of thickness in your eyebrows, it could be that you are suffering from an underactive thyroid, which means that your thyroid gland is not producing enough hormones. You may need to speak to a doctor, especially if you are also gaining weight and feeling tired and/or depressed. A blood test should easily confirm this problem. If left untreated, it might lead to heart disease, the appearance of goiters, pregnancy complications and other health issues.

5. Watch your stomach for signs of Ovarian cancer
Bloating in your stomach area can have a range of different causes, including menstruation, intolerance to dairy products, eating too fast, constipation, medical side-effects, and a typically common assumption - weight gain. However, did you know this could also be the cause of very serious health conditions? Ovarian cancer is one of them, and its symptoms also include nausea and persistent pain or cramps in the stomach or back. Speak to a doctor if you experience these in a severe way so you can treat it in its early stages. Reduce general stomach bloating by eating more slowly, consuming less carbonated drinks, and avoiding chewing gum and drinking through straws.

6. Check your breathing by doing some step-ups
Have you been feeling more tired than usual after climbing up a flight of stairs? This can also be directly connected to your health. Doing some exercise can both act as a test for yourself and also as a practice. Step-ups are mostly recommended because they elevate the heart rate and hence our breathing. For this exercise, you must find a relatively high step (not higher than your hips) and step up and down. Try doing 70 of these in three minutes and then put your fingers on your pulse to check it. If it’s over 100 and you’re still out of breath 10 minutes after the exercise, then you need to consider exercising more frequently. Lack of exercise can lead to serious diseases such as obesity, breast cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, and even early death.

7. Calculate the time you spend sitting down daily
As we become more technology-dependent, we are adopting more of a sedentary lifestyle. According to the US Women’s Health Study, women over 50 who sit for 11 hours a day reduce their life expectancy by 9 years! The consequences for a sedentary lifestyle can be very serious, including deep vein thrombosis, colon cancer, osteoporosis, kidney stones and a Spinal disc herniation (slipped disc). Improve your lifestyle by adding regular physical activity to your routine, at least 2.5 hours a week.

8. Look out for temperature changes in your body
Care for your blood vessels' health and circulation by observing the temperature changes in your body, especially in extreme temperature conditions. Excess heat from the sun, stress, and eating very spicy food may cause flushing in the face – particularly redness in the cheeks and nose. This means that the blood vessels are dilating and this may not be a healthy sign, especially if you are a woman between 30 and 55. Cold conditions can be just as dangerous to our body if we aren’t prepared for them – frequently experiencing cold feet or hands indicates lack of circulation, which could lead to Raynaud’s disease (suffering from excessively reduced blood flow). So, make sure to take the necessary precautions before this becomes a risk!

9. Inspect your nipples for signs of breast cancer
A well-known pointer that calls for a professional body check-up is having abnormalities in your nipples. Be on the look-out for inward-facing nipples as this could be a typical sign of breast cancer. If your nipples show any eczema, discharge or bloodstains, take action. Make sure to look out for these signs regularly when showering and find time to do regular exercise, eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, and drink less alcohol to reduce the risk of getting breast cancer.

10. Examine your nails to look out for fungal infections
It is rather easy for toenails to get an infection and one of the obvious symptoms of this event is when the nail becomes discolored, thickens, or becomes brittle, causing discomfort in your feet. Keep your feet safe from this by checking them regularly, keeping them clean and dry from excess sweat due to the heat, using shoes that are just right for your feet and not too old, not trimming or picking the skin around the toenails, and avoid walking barefoot in public places. If you do suffer from an infected toenail, seek medical assistance and use antifungal spray or powder to treat it.

This is only for your information, kindly take the advice of your doctor for medicines, exercises and so on.
