This can be debilitating. There may be many reasons behind an anxiety attack and common symptoms are worry and apprehension, irritability, restlessness, insomnia, concentration problems, palpitations, sweating, dry mouth and social withdrawal to name a few.

Exercise: Regular exercise will boost overall health and also ease your anxiety. A good physical workout will stimulate you and, in a way, this will also work as a relaxant.

Try aromatherapy: There are many essential oils that also have a relaxing effect. You can add these oils to your bath water or just inhale them directly. Lavender, sage and ylang ylang have amazing calming effects.

Meditation helps: Try to meditate every day at least for 15 minutes. You will feel your stress and anxiety flow out of your body. Meditation will help you effectively fight your anxiety attack.
Sleep properly: Sleep is important. Try and get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night. It will refresh you and calm you down. Lack of sleep can make your condition worse.

Say no to caffeine: Too much caffeine may make you more nervous and make your anxiety attacks worse. So, it is best you stay away from coffee and other caffeinated beverages including sodas. It will improve your anxiety issues to a great extent.

Avoid alcohol: Alcohol may have a calming effect on you. But once the effect wears off, your anxiety comes back with a vengeance. So it is better to stay away from intoxicating drink s if you are prone to anxiety attacks.

Natural Therapy for Headaches by Breathing correctly

In about 5 mins, your headache will go.......

Breathing Therapy Makes u Relax

The nose has a left and a right side.
We use both to inhale and exhale.
Actually they are different.
You'll be able to feel the difference.

The right side represents the sun.
The left side represents the moon.

During a headache, try to close your right nose
and use your left nose to breathe.
In about 5 mins, your headache will go.

If you feel tired, just reverse, close your left nose
and breathe through your right nose.

After a while, you will feel your mind is refreshed.

Right side belongs to 'hot', so it gets heated up easily.
Left side belongs to 'cold'.

Most females breathe with their left noses,
so they get "cooled off" faster.
Most of the guys breathe with their right noses,
they get worked up.

Do you notice, the moment you awake, which side breathes better?
Left or right ?
If left is better, you will feel tired.
So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing..

You will feel refreshed quickly.

Do you suffer from continual headaches?
Try out this breathing therapy.

Close your right nose and breathe through your left nose.
Your headaches will be gone.
Continued the exercise for one month.

Why not give it a try.....a natural therapy without medication.
