Water washed away your pain !

By regularly drinking 8-ounce glasses of water daily, one can recover quickly from severe pain in one's feet/ knees/ shoulders. this happens, as water dilutes & flushes out, histamine, a pain-triggering compound which are produced by injured tissues. Also water is the main building block of the cartilage that cushions the ends of your bones, which lubricates your joints. When these tissues are well hydrated, they move & glide over each other without causing pain. But make sure that you measure properly how much water you're drinking. if your glass holds 12 ounces, then 5 servings are good enough.
