NATURAL REMEDIES FOR HAIR LOSS

It is common for all to lose 50-100 hair each day, but more hair loss happens, if one is anaemic, under stress, hormone changes & genetics.

ONION- rub your head for 10 minutes with the surface of a freshly cut onion, as it contains sulfur, which aids in the formation of collagen, a substance, which makes the hair fuller & stronger. Then wash the hair well

 TEA TREE OIL- apply a few drops of pure tea tree oil to stimulate hair growth, then wash well.

ROSEMARY OIL- helps to activate hair follicles to promote growth.

HOT AND COLD WATER- while shampooing alternate with hot & cold water, end with cold water, towel to dry well your hair.

WASH HAIR ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK ONLY- wash hair often only when you've excessive sweating, then also use a dry shampoo.

VITAMINS & MINERALS- increase your intake of Vitamin B complex, choline, calcium,  magnesium, minerals supplements.
