VARIOUS USES OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
It is used not just for flavouring and preserving food, when added to food, it gives a feeling of fullness after eating and has anti-glycemic effect too.
Detox Tea
2 glasses of water
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon pdr
4 tbsp honey-
Dissolve cinnamon, honey, lemon juice in hot water, stir well. add apple cider vinegar, drink at once or cool and store in airtight jar for an iced detox drink. Drink in small cups or mix in water, it it tastes too strong.
2) Moles- organic apple cider vinegar
- sterile needle( needle can be cleaned with spirit)
cotton wool
-clean the area- use a sterile needle to poke few holes in the mole (there are no nerves, so it won't hurt). apply an apple cider vinegar-soaked piece of cotton to the mole for 20-30 minutes. repeat daily until the mole falls off ( normally it should be within a week).
3) cough remedy-
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp ground ginger
mix all in a jar and shake well. take a teaspoon for a child aged 2-9 years, a tablespoon for 10 years and above.
