Home made Powder for strong bones

 Ingredients and Preparations

Flax seeds 100 gm powder roast on low flame stirring well, remove cool.

Black sesame seeds 100 gm powder, roast the sesame seeds in the same pan on slow flame stirring till it starts to pop up, remove, cool.

Pumpkin seeds 50 gm powder

Black raisins 50 gm soak in hot water with 1 tsp baking soda to kill bacteria for 10-15 minutes

6-7 cm ginger root, peel and grate

Wash 1 lemon with water and baking soda, cut into slices, remove seeds.

add grated ginger, washed raisins, chopped lemon pieces and grind with hand blender OR in a mixer jar well. Add the ground ingredients to the powders, mix 200 gm honey, turmeric pdr 1 tbsp and

Black pepper pdr 1 tsp, mix all well.

Eat 1 tbsp morning and evening to have strong bones, store in the fridge.

The seeds are rich in calcium, iron, magnesium, Omega 3 fatty acids, which all helps to build bones. Black sesame seeds are richer by many times than white sesame seeds. Turmeric pdr has anti-inflammatory properties along with antioxidants, anti-bacterial and many more.
