HEALTHY DIET IS A MUST TO COMBAT STRESS

STRESS IS SOMETHING WHICH MOST PEOPLE FACE THESE DAYS, MAINLY AT WORK-PLACE. TO OVERCOME STRESS, MANY TRY YOGA, MASSAGE, VARIOUS THERAPIES, SELF-HYPNOSIS, MEDITATION, MUSIC THERAPY & SO ON. UNLESS YOUR DIET IS HEALTHY, NO MATTER WHAT YOU TRY, STRESS WILL TAKE A TOLL ON YOU.
