Improve memory with turmeric , also helps for arthritis

Starting to feel a bit forgetful? Adding turmeric to your diet could sharpen your memory 30 percent or more, suggests a study. “Turmeric’s active ingredient -- curcumin -- is one of the most powerful brain-nourishing antioxidants ever discovered,” says a Dr. He says,  “I add 1/4 teaspoon to my meals four times weekly -- it’s delicious in tuna, rice, vegetarian and chicken dishes.”

Those suffering from arthritis problems, can take 1/4-1/2 tsp each of turmeric powder, dry ginger powder, fenugreek powder, mix all three with little water & gulp it down early morning, within a month, when you get up in the mornings, your joint pain will disappear.
