Nitric Oxide Rich Foods

NITRIC OXIDE rich foods are beets, pomegranates. Drinking 1.5 ounces of pomegranate juice daily reduces high blood pressure also ! so, you get double benefit. For the uses of Nitric oxide, see my previous input about it.
