You can also soak several raisins in water overnight. Then, in the morning, drink the raisin water. This remedy is also great for boosting the digestion and making your bowel movements more regular.


How to prepare the traditional Russian remedy to cleanse your liver
1) First, you should soak half a cup of raisins in hot water for 15 minutes.


2) Wash and place them in a cup with boiled water, cooled to room temperature. Let the raisins soak for 24 hours.


3) The next morning, before having breakfast, drink the beverage and eat the raisins. It is recommended to lie in bed for one and a half or two hours and out a compress ( or even better, a hot-water bottle) on the right side of your stomach.
