Food Which Can Soothe Arthritis Pain
Turmeric- the curcumin in turmeric has potent healing properties, it has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, antioxidants and so on.
Ginger- The anti-inflammatory compounds in ginger can effectively relieve arthritis pain.
Cherries- It contains polyphenols called anthocyanosides that can help treat and reduce arthritis pain.
Pineapples- the bromelain content in pineapples has powerful anti-inflammatory properties.
Omega-3-fatty foods- Fish oil, flax seeds and chia seeds can help soothe joint pain.
Raw Apple Cider Vinegar- The high acetic content in ACV can negate the effects of inflammation.
Another simple concoction is 1/2 teaspoon each of turmeric , dry ginger and fenugreek powders, mix in little water at room temperature, drink it on empty stomach.
