The thumb

The pointing finger

The middle finger

The palm

Surya Mudra
Holding your ring finger with your thumb is called Surya mudra ( keep your other fingers straight).This pose will help you improve your digestion and metabolism.
The technique is also used for low blood temperature and loss
of appetite.
