A SIMPLE METHOD TO RELIEVE TENSION

The fingers of our hands represents different emotions. So, when we pay attention to them and spare a few minutes by pressing each finger, it helps to release our emotions and feel well balanced.

Thumb represents worries
The index finger represents fears
The middle finger represents anger

The ring finger represents grief & insecurity
The little finger represents your self-confidence
To relieve emotions and relax, hold you finger tightly for 1-2 minutes, repeat with each finger, repeat the same with the other hand too.

For immediate stress relief, push your thumb into the middle of your palm for 2 minutes
Repeat these exercises every day and you'll find your inner balance once again.
