HEALTH BENEFITS OF FENUGREEK LEAVES

Fenugreek leaves is a common ingredients in many Indian recipes, like methi dal, methi parantha, aloo methi. The dried leaves, called kasturi methi is also used in tea, breads, pulao, is some gravies too.

The fresh leaves have a high mineral content & low in calories. They are rich in iron, potassium, fibre, calcium. It is known to reduce fever when taken with lemon & honey. The powdered seeds, when taken early morning with water helps to reduce your blood sugar levels & stabilise haemoglobin levels.
