Salt water with lime juice

So, when you start feeling dizzy or nauseated drink salt water. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a glass of water with 1/2 lime squeezed, mix it properly and drink it. Rosemary oil

Tulsi leaves
Chewing 4-5 basil leaves may also help to deal with the symptoms of low blood pressure. The green leaves contain a high level of potassium, magnesium and vitamin C, which regulates your blood pressure. It also has antioxidant properties, which helps to manage cholesterol levels.
