Amazing Benefits Of Honey
I'm sure that everyone must have heard or read that having honey in warm water with lime juice will help one to reduce weight.
It is good for cough too.
Hair Benefits-
1) Shampoo
Castile soap 1/2 cup
honey 1 cup
sweet orange essential oil 1 tsp
2) Conditioner
Mix equal parts of honey and Olive oil
apply to damp hair and leave it on for 30 minutes
Then shampoo and rinse well.
3)Dandruff
Apply honey in damp hair for hours, then shampoo and rise well.
4)Lighten hair
raw honey 2 tbsp
cinnamon 1 tbsp
Olive oil 1/3 cup
Mix all well, apply on hair and leave it for 6 hours, then shampoo and rise well.
5) Anti-frizz
honey 1 tsp mixed with 4 cups of water, apply to wet clean hair and dry.
6) Hair Growth And Stimulation
Mix 1: 9 parts honey and water
massage on scalp for 3 minutes and leave for 3 hours.
then wash well.
FOR HAIR REMOVAL
boil 1 cup sugar with
hone 1/3 cup with
juice of 1 lemon
Use like wax with strips of cloth.
FOR ACNE
mix equal parts of honey and cinnamon, apply and leave it on about 20 minutes, then wash well.
FOR RAZOR BUMP REMEDY
apply honey to affected area, once it dries well, wash .
BAD BREATH
honey 2 tsp
cinnamon 1/4 tsp
water 1/2 cup
Mix all well and gargle.
ANTI-AGEING
Apply honey to face, allow it to dry and wash off after 30 minutes.
Add 1 part pollen to 2 parts honey for added benefit.
SCAR FADING
Rub honey on scar twice a day, leave for 15-20 minutes, then wash.
SKIN AND LIP RUB
Mix equal quantities of honey, olive oil and sugar
mix all well and rub on lips, it will help to lighten
CUTICLE CREAM
honey 1 tbsp
beeswax 1.5 ounces
almond oil 3 ounces
melt together and rub on cuticles.
DARK CIRCLES
Apply honey under eyes for 10-15 minutes, follow it up with cucumber slices over eyes for 15-20 minutes.
WART REMOVAL
Apply honey over wart and cover with a band-aid.
MOISTURIZER
Spread honey on face for 15-20 minutes and wash off.

1) Deep clean scrub
Honey, sugar and olive oil in equal quantity, mix well, apply all over you face
once it dries after 20 minutes, wash with luke warm water

Honey + Frankincense oil in equal quantity, mix well, apply over scar, leave it to dry and wash with luke warm water.

Honey with baking soda, make a paste and apply over black -heads, once dry, wash with luke warm water.

Honey+ Apple cider vinegar, mix well, apply over pores, once dry, wash with warm water.
5) SCRUB FOR SMOOTH SKIN
Honey+ oatmeal in equal parts, mix both well and apply , once dry after 20 minutes, wash with warm water.
6) FOR OILY SKIN
Honey + turmeric, mix both well, apply over face, once dry, wash with warm water. ( You may add little rice flour , while you rub over face, it will help to remove your facial hair.

Honey + coconut oil
COUGH SYRUP
dry ginger powder 1/4 tsp
red chili pdr. 1/4 tsp
apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp
honey 2 tbsp
water 2 tbsp
Mix all well and take 1 tsp 3 times a day. I find it far better than the cough syrups !
