If you suffer from joint pain, you must avoid certain foods

Joint pain can broadly be termed as Arthritis. It includes pain or stiffness of the musculoskeletal system and is generally considered synonymous with rheumatism. Arthritis can appear in the form of Osteoarthritis, Cervical Spondylosis, Lumbago or Lower Back Pain, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Ankylosing Spondylitis, among others. Over time, a swollen joint can become severely damaged.

Dr.  says that homoeopathy can help manage the disease holistically and effectively prevent it from becoming crippling. A combination of treatment i.e. Naturopathy, Homoeopathy and physiotherapy with a planned diet, exercise, physical therapy like yoga and lightweight training exercises supported with a safe form of regular treatment is the key to a pain-free life.

He is of the view that joint pain tends to get aggravated by consumption of certain gas producing food items such as white beans, red beans, kadhi (curd-based delicacy), colocasia, spinach, radish, etc. It is important to note that the aggravating food items may differ from person to person.
