1) Focus on taking in enough food & drink to meet but not exceed your body's calorie requirements.

2) Take time to plan meals & snacks to help you make better choices.

3) Keep a record of your food intake & calories to help you stay on track.

4) Focus on getting more exercise.

5) Restrict calories you consume from added fats & sugars.

6) Stick to small portion sizes, particularly for high-calorie foods.

7) eat at home more often, when you eat out, make healthier choices.
