Most people think that only those fruits , nuts which are expensive have more nutrition ! Sadly not so. This humble fruit is supposed to be more nutritious than an apple too at less than half its price !
Guavas are found in the tropics, and invoke
images of vacations, summer parties and island life, but this tasty
fruit is more than a celebratory food. Guavas are bursting with healthy

creamy white or pink pulp.
