Some Unusual Benefits Of Apple Cider Vinegar

1. Clarifies Hair & Scalp

Hair looking dull, lifeless, or weighed down? Apple cider vinegar is packed with acetic acid that can eliminate product buildup, strengthen the hair shaft, and stimulate your scalp to boot!
To use it as a rinse, add 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar to 4 cups of water and stir. Pour the rinse over your hair after shampooing and let it soak in for a few seconds before rinsing with cold water and conditioning as usual.

2. Adds Shine

Apple cider vinegar is your secret weapon for shiny, lustrous hair. Add 1 tablespoon of ACV to 1 cup of water, then pour the mixture into a spray bottle.
Spritz this shine-boosting spray over wet hair after getting out of the shower.

3. Soothes Aching Feet

Use apple cider vinegar to make a simple foot soak that will soothe tired, aching feet! Combine equal parts ACV and warm water in a foot bath or large bowl and soak your feet in it for about 20 minutes.

4. Pore Cleansing Face Mask

In addition to offering benefits for your hair, apple cider vinegar can do wonders for your skin too! Mix 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons of bentonite clay with 1 tablespoon of raw honey in a small bowl.
Apply this pore cleansing mask mixture evenly to your face and leave it for 10-15 minutes to work its magic. Rinse it off with warm water afterward.

5. Tones Skin

Many people who suffer from psoriasis say that apple cider vinegar helps to reduce inflammation and redness. Using apple cider vinegar and a bit of water, you can make a simple skin toner to eliminate puffiness and redness anytime!
Mix 1 teaspoon of ACV with 1 cup of filtered water, and apply it to your skin with a cotton ball. No need to rinse!

6. Acne Treatment

Apple cider vinegar also contains malic acid, which can help fight acne and the bacteria that contribute to it. Apple cider vinegar can also help regulate oil production and balance skin’s pH, making breakouts less likely over time.
To take advantage of these acne-treating attributes, just use the toner described above in #5!

7. Minimizes Age Spots

Apple cider vinegar’s revitalizing effects can help lighten age spots over time. Just dab a small amount of ACV onto spots of discoloration before bed, then wash your face clean in the morning. (If it stings a bit, dilute the vinegar with water before applying.)

8. Promotes Oral Health

Mix equal parts apple cider vinegar and water in a small cup, then gargle it before brushing your teeth. This simple practice can help remove surface stains from teeth and kill bacteria in your mouth!

9. Prevents Ingrown Hairs

The same toner described in #5 in this list can be used as a post-shaving treatment. Just apply it to skin after shaving to help reduce redness and inflammation, as well as help prevent ingrown hairs from forming.

More tips
I've read that having 2 tsp of ACV mixed in a glass of warm water, drinking it before lunch and dinner, helps you to lose weight.

Also drinking ACV mixed with water, helps relieve acidity.

I use 2 tbsp each of ACV, honey and water with 1/4 tsp each of red chili pdr. and dry ginger pdr. mix it well, take 1 tsp 3 times a day to get relief from bad bouts of cough. Since, I'm COPD, all store bought cough syrup weren't effective, tried this combo, voila, get relief from bad bouts of cough. As when I have bad bouts of cough, due to fibromyalgia, my ribs ache a lot and I need to put pain patch to get relief.
