DIY cough syrup

I'm a COPD- chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, patient. That means cough, phlegm are a part and parcel of my life. I'm on meds and was prescribed so many different cough syrups. Actually, I was spending more money on syrups without any relief. I read about this cough syrup, I can vouch, that it is so simple with usual ingredients in your kitchen and very effective too, with less cost !

Ingredients
dry ginger powder  1/4 tsp
red chili pdr. / cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp
honey  2 tbsp
water 2 tbsp
apple cider vinegar  2 tbsp

Just mix well all the ingredients and store in a clean, dry bottle, take 1 tsp 3 times a day. I'm sure that soon this will be your best cough syrup and you're going to tell others also. Below, benefits of each ingredient.

Benefits of ingredients
Ginger
anti-inflammatory, anti-histamine, relieves nausea, motion sickness. Helps to relieve chest congestion.
Cayenne pepper / red chili pdr.
enhances fat burning, reduces pain. Helps in treatment of ulcers, speeds up metabolism, boosts blood flow, strengthens immunity, improves digestion.
Honey
has the capacity to pull out toxins from wounds and bring significant relief from cold and flu symptoms. It is abundant in pivotal enzymes and micro-nutrients.
