IBS Recommendations
Home Remedy for IBS 
eat yoghurt as it is or have as a smoothie, have it several times a day.
OR
Mix 1/2 tsp of Isabgol or psyllium husk with 1 cup yoghurt, have it after 1 hour after lunch and dinner.
