On the power burn days, you eat low-calorie foods that include soups, homemade smoothies and stir-fried vegetables. And the number of calories allowed is just 650. But the diet promises not to make you crave or feel hungry due to the satisfying meals it allows you to have.
This shifts your metabolism into the fat-burning mode, which shrinks the fat cells, helps reduce inflammation and insulin resistance.
On the remaining five days, you have to consume 1500 calories worth of foods inspired by the Mediterranean diet. . The diet has proven to lower inflammation and control and reverse insulin resistance.

Omelette made with two egg whites, ½ cup onions and bell peppers. Cook this in non-fat cooking oil. You can have one cup of low-fat yoghurt along with it.
The nourish breakfast for five days
Yoghurt with ½ cup whole-grain cereal topped with berries and nuts.

The power burn lunch for the two-day diet

Carrot soup with one cup of berries (blueberries preferably).
The nourish lunch for five days
A whole-grain chapatti with chicken breast and veggies including bell peppers,

The power burn dinner for the two-day diet

Grilled chicken kebabs, whole grain pasta, one cup milk and ½ cup cooked zucchini.
The nourish dinner for five days
Soup, sweet potato and green vegetables sautéed in olive oil.
onions, tomatoes and hummus along with green salad.

The power burn snack for two days

You can have grapes in between your main meals.
The nourish snack for five days
You can have sliced apples with cinnamon with one cup of milk.
