Headache- Stretch !

Tension headaches are often caused by sitting hunched over a computer screen. This position tightens muscles in the front of your chest and neck. Do this simple move to relax those muscles. Stand up and put your hands on your hips, roll head back, so you're staring at the ceiling as you arch your back slightly. hold for 15 seconds and return to the starting position, repeat a couple of times till you feel relief.
