Insomnia- Try Nutmeg !

Nutmeg isn't necessarily used to make desserts, it has other benefits too ! Nutmeg is a mild sedative, so sprinkle 1/4 tsp of nutmeg powder in a glass of warm milk and sip before you go to bed, to get a sound sleep.
