Avocado Smoothie- aids constipation

Avocado contains magnesium, a mineral that acts as a laxative by drawing water into the intestinal tract to keep things moving.  For a stomach soothing smoothie, blend 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and some ice cubes.
