The Effects of Running on the Body

Running is one of the best forms of exercise you can possibly do. Not only does it help to burn many calories, but it also energizes you, strengthens the heart and even gives your metabolism a boost. 
How running changes your body
Phase 1- Adenosine triphosphate
Phase 2- you begin to burn calories and sweat
Phase 3- If you're in bad shape, fatigue sets in
Phase 4- You feel accomplished and energised

Stronger heart- running strengthens the heart, increases its efficiently in pumping oxygen throughout the body.

One run is enough to boost your energy levels and reduce fatigue.
