When a child faces emotional trauma on a constant basis they may, as a result, be overburdened by negative emotions. Consequently, the pressure of these negative emotions can cause their spine to curve in order to adapt to the pressure experienced. However, Chinese experts believe that is the factor causing the emotional trauma is removed, the child's health may improve greatly, eliminating the pain, causing the spine to straighten.

As far-fetched as this may sound, even medical science supports the fact that your emotional condition plays a big role. So, if you ever notice a curve in your child's spine, analyze whether they are suffering from any sort of emotional problems. Of course, seeking medical advice from a doctor is essential. But detecting the emotional cause can help in bringing about a holistic treatment of the problem. Be on the lookout for other symptoms such as neck pain and slouching, ensuring that scoliosis is the problem. 

In addition, emotional stress is one of the top reasons behind lower back pain, with studies indicating that most back pain is, in fact, psychological in its origins. With this in mind, if you are looking for permanent freedom from back pain or scoliosis, the best cause of treatment may actually be taking a psychosomatic approach instead of a purely physical one.
