Super foods which help burn belly fat

For breakfast- best is oats than other snacks, as it contains more fibre, easy and quick to cook

Crave for sweets- have berries, full of nutrition, fibre, very less calories and above all gives a feeling of satiety.

Snacks- have a handful of nuts- gives you protein, good fats, feeling of fullness and also helps to reduce.

Ingredients
 
 filtered water  6 cups

ginger grated 1 tbsp 

cucumber sliced 1

lemon sliced  1

mint leaves  1/3 cup

In a jug, put ginger, lemon, cucumber, mint and pour the water, let it seep throughout the night. Next morning, keep sipping the water whole day.
