DRINKING VERY HOT FLUIDS IS NOT ADVISABLE

Most of us love to sip very hot coffee or hot or milk early morning to revive us or after we're tired working through the day. But, what we forget is, as the hot fluid flows down our food pipe, it scars its tissues. If healing takes place well and good, but repeatedly drinking very hot fluids, makes the scar worse, trigger multiplication of the cells. But, sadly if some of these cells undergo mutations in the process, it can lead to abnormal cell growth. This leads to tumours, which at times are found to be cancerous. This researchers found now is one the main cause of esophageal cancer in those who don't drink, nor smoke or have any other bad habits.

The latest study has included all hot beverages, heated over 65C or 149F as potential carcinogens. The study stressed on the fact that when you drink a very hot beverage, more than often, it goes on to injure the esophageal cells and tissues. In many places , the hot beverages are typically served at a temperature, ranging from 71 - 85 degree Celsius, thus making the situation even worse.

Another advise for most people, who have the tendency to not only drink hot fluids, but stand and drink it. This standing and consuming fluids is found to lead arthritis, as our internal organs go into shock when the fluids flows quickly down the food pipe and this affects the other organs too. So, be it water or hot beverage, kindly take your time to sit and drink it slowly for your own good.
