VERY EFFECTIVE HOME-MADE DEODRANT
INGREDIENTS
baking soda 1 tsp
coconut oil 1 1/2 tsp
rose water or any essential oil of your choice 1 1/2 tsp
Mix all the ingredients well, it will be quite watery, you can apply with your fingers or you may use cotton to dab it. Store in air-tight container and mix it as and when needed.
Honestly, I find it more effective than the deodorants I was using earlier, as with the bought deo, irrespective of the brand, by the end of the day, due to the hot weather in India, I'ld smell bad. But with my home-made deodorant, I don't smell bad till the next day too!
It is cheap, you can use any essential oil you like, also contains no chemicals. My daughter-in-law told me last time, " amma" ( Mom), you keep putting so many tips in your blog, why don't you try something for deo than using all chemicals, as she felt that since I'm already a cancer survivor, she didn't want me to have another cancer. I promised her, then now since almost 3 months, I'm using my home-made deo.
Note- try a little to see that you don't have any reaction to baking soda first.
this is only for your information, kindly take the advice of your doctor for medicines, exercises and so on.
