Home-made Pain Reliever Cream For Arthritis

Ingredients  

5 Tbsp Sesame/Mustard oil 

2 Tbsp Turmeric powder 

2 Tbsp Chili powder 

2 Tbsp Dry ginger powder 

1 Tbsp Neem powder 

2 Tbsp Bee wax 

Capsaicin in chilies, blocks sensory neurons from carrying pain sensation to the brain. 

Sesame oil is good as it has penetrating properties. it has all the nourishment and minerals. 

Mustard oil has anti-inflammatory properties. 

Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. 

Chilies have been used for centuries to control pain and muscle and joint discomfort. 

Neem powder also has anti-inflammatory properties and also improves circulation. In case you don't have it, you can skip it. 

Dry ginger has heating qualities, hence good for arthritis, improves circulation and reduces inflammation. 

First mix oil with turmeric and chili  powders in a bowl. Then keep the bowl in a double boiler, add dry ginger powder, neem powder, mix well, then add bees wax, mix well till it gets dissolved, remove, store it once cool in a dry air-tight container and rub over affected joints to get relief.

This cream is cheaper than bought cream and equally effective.
