RICE SOOTHES MUSCLES AND MAKE YOUR SKIN GLOW

1. Soothes muscles
Use rice to ease your muscle strain and discomfort. Simply fill a clean sock with rice, being careful to leave enough room for the rice to move around and contort to your body shape. Tie the end of the sock with a string and microwave it for 1 minute, for an efficient compress.


 2.Make your skin glow- Put the left over water that you've used to boil your rice to good use-let the water cool, then place it in the fridge & use this water to clean your skin. Brown rice gives the best results because it is rich in Vitamin E.
