Get Rid of Red Skin Bumps with Just 2 Ingredients

requires a bag of white sugar and olive oil. That’s it. This cheap and

Preparing the scrub - You need to both
exfoliate and moisturize your skin for this technique to work. Use a
freezer jar and pour in 1 cup of sugar, leaving an inch of room to pour
the olive oil on top. Close the lid and shake this mixture vigorously
for several minutes, until it is thoroughly mixed.
Scrub daily - Use the sugar as a scrub in
the shower every day. After several days of consistent use, you will
notice an improvement in your skin’s appearance. The redness will start
fading, and the bumps will disappear. Now you can wear shorts or
sleeveless shirts without embarrassment.
Add essential oils - Some people will find
the smell of olive oil can be unpleasant, especially if you begin
sweating. The solution to this is to add a few drops of essential oil to
