Simple anti-ageing pack

Carrot And Potato Pack

Ingredients
1 small carrot 
1 small potato 
A pinch of turmeric
A pinch of baking soda
Water
Method
  1. Boil the  chopped carrot and potato till cooked. Mash them to form a smooth paste.
  2. To this, add a pinch of turmeric and baking soda. Mix well with some water to obtain a smooth paste.
  3. Apply all over the face and keep for 20 minutes.
  4. Rinse with warm water.
How Often You Should Do This
Repeat this pack application twice a week.
Why effective
Carrots are a rich source of vitamin A, which helps in boosting the collagen production in the skin. Collagen makes the skin tight and prevents wrinkles, thus giving a very youthful glow to your face . Potato is also considered to be an excellent anti-aging ingredient that fades away wrinkles and evens out the skin tone .
