Sciatica, back and foot pain- simple trick
Rolling a tennis ball on the bottom of the foot, helps relieve sciatica, back and foot pain. Gently apply as much pressure as you can tolerate to push the ball into the floor, rolling the ball back and forth from your toes to heel. Roll the ball for 30 seconds and switch to the other foot. Perform this exercise 2-4 times a week to get relief from pain and to prevent foot related injuries.
