7 Chakras- location, problems associated with them

Till about two and a half decades ago, I was totally ignorant about Chakras, where they're located and its significance. I became a student and later a master of Reiki, alternative form of healing, which deals with chakras. Reiki, means universal life force of energy. We get sick, when any of the chakras have less energy. As a Reiki channel, our 3rd eye is opened by the master during initiation, then one can feel the flow of energy from the head. We pass the energy to the patient with our hands. We all have 7 major chakras and 14 minor chakras. One has to experience Reiki to start believing in it, it is just amazing. I had doctors has my patients and students too. I'm a qualified teacher for another more powerful form of healing called- Magnified Healing.

Crown chakra-
Problems- issues with sleep,wake cycle, feeling disconnected with your body or others, difficulty meditating, spiritual discomfort.
Solutions-  fresh air, sunlight, nature.

3rd eye
Problems- depression, poor eyesight, hormonal imbalance, poor intuition.
Foods- purple potatoes, blackberries, plums, purple grapes

Throat chakra-
Problems- thyroid disease, frequent sore throat, difficulty expressing feelings
Foods- blueberries, blue raspberries, figs, kelp

Heart chakra
Problems- heart and lung problems, asthma, allergies, fear of intimacy
Foods- broccoli, kale, chard,all other leafy greens

Solar plexus
Problems- gas, bloating, liver issues, stomach ulcers, eating disorders, lack of confidence, procrastination.
Foods- yellow peppers, yellow lentils, yellow squash, oats, spelt( a type of wheat)

Sacral chakra-
Problems-  infertility, hip pain, sexual dysfunction, emotional imbalances, creative blocks
Foods- seeds, nuts, oranges, carrots, pumpkin

Root chakra
Problems- colon issues, lower back pain, varicose veins, emotional issues surrounding money and security
Foods- beets, parsnips, rutabaga, apples, pomegranates, protein

10 things to practice
1) Let go of comparing
2) Let go of competing
3) Let go of judgements
4) Let go of anger
5) Let go of regrets
6) Let go of worrying
7) Let go of blame
8) Let go of guilt
9) Let go of fear
10) Have a proper belly laugh at least once a day ( especially if it is your inability to let go of any or all of the above).
