BENEFITS OF LESS SUGAR INTAKE !

Most of us are under the impression that sugar is an essential part of our diet. But, what many forget is, most of our foods also contain sugar in some form or another ! More intake of sugar only adds to our weight and leads to diseases like type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular problems and obesity.

Addiction to sweets is like any other addiction and difficult to get over., But, when you read the health benefits of quitting or at least lessening the amount of sugar in your diet, you'll be surprised and surely will give it a try, after all health is wealth and above that beautiful and healthy skin is more attractive !

1) Healthy vibrant skin- By cutting down on the pastries, doughnuts, other yummy desserts, will surely make others notice, the vibrant glow in your face ! That is because sugar disrupts elastin content and intervenes with collagen buildup.

2) Feel energetic- Normally, one would think that eating sugar gives you more energy, but try quitting sugar, you'll feel more energetic, less sluggish and will keep diabetes at bay.

3) Enhances your mood- We always feel happy eating chocolates or cakes, but that feeling is for a short span of time. But, once you overcome the craving for sugar, the secretion of dopamine transponder, which got disrupted due to sugar, is no more there. No more anxiety disorders.

4) No more joint pain- Isn't it a strange coincidence that eating sugar leads to inflammation and  causes auto-immune disorders and joint pain. The more sugar in our body will lead to more insulin levels, which is the cause of inflammation and pain. Once, you get over your cravings for sugar, you'll be surprised that your pain also decreases !

5) Weight loss- All the desserts are high in calories, as they're loaded not just with sugar, but also butter or ghee, some are deep fried too. Once you give up those yummy desserts, you'll find that it is easy to lose weight, less joint pain. Also better sleep, as one has less worries as to how to lose the extra calories they gobbled up for a dessert and worry about the risk of diabetes or cardiovascular diseases.


Of Course, quitting completely will be a real pain, but try to reduce your sugar intake gradually, especially all those white sugars, as they're more harmful than the brown sugar or jaggery. But, once you overcome the cravings, you'll be truly amazed by the energy level and skin glow.
