How To Remove Dead Skin from Your Body

The following 5 scrubs will help you get rid of dry skin from your body:

1. Natural Foot Scrub
Make a mixture using the juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Massage the mixture onto your feet and wait for about 15 minutes before washing it off. This natural scrub will exfoliate and moisturize your feet and also helps eradicate any dryness.
2. Sea salt Hand Scrub
Since sea salt is slightly harsh, it’s best to use it on areas such as your hands, rather than your face. However, you still need to add essential oil to the scrub to mellow down the harshness. An essential oil such as lavender oil, coconut oil, or olive oil will work well here. Mix the ingredients together, and then apply to your hands. After a couple of minutes have passed, wash it off with warm water.

3. Lentil or Daal Body Scrub
Take two tablespoons of lentils and grind into a powder, then mix it with either milk or honey. Apply the mixture, and after 15 minutes rinse it off with warm water.

4. Cucumber Neck Scrub
To make a cucumber mixture to get rid of dead skin on your neck, simply mix cucumber juice with rose water. Rub this mixture onto your neck, and wash it off after a few minutes have passed.

5. Sugar and Essential Oil to Exfoliate Legs
Wash your legs, then rub sugar over them to remove any dead skin cells. Then apply essential oils. Mix half a cup of olive oil, coconut oil, canola oil, baby oil, or any essential oil you have with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Apply this mixture to your legs - it will penetrate deep into your skin and provide long lasting moisture for your legs.
