TESTED AND TRIED BY ME TO SHED WEIGHT IN A SIMPLE WAY- NO MEDS !

I'm a thyroid cancer survivor, having COPD ,  with spine, knee and many more surgeries to my credit. I had severe bacterial infection due to which fluid collection was there around the heart and lungs. I was on steroid for around 18 months, when I increased my weight, It wasn't that I wasn't obese earlier.

Earlier to shed weight unscientifically, one doctor, told me to eat just 2 bread slices for lunch with some lentils and salad, no rice, no sweets of course. Though I lost weight, with this diet, once I started eating my normal food, without anything in excess, I regained my weight slowly. Then when I did my diploma in nutrition and health education, learnt that the best way to shed weight is eat 500 calories less each day, walk or exercise for 30 minutes, then in a week you can lose 1/2 kg. It will be a slow and steady way to shed weight, of course don't drink any sweet beverages, as they contain only empty calories, instead eat whole fruit, to get enough fibre and feel full. Still my weight loss was insignificant. Then I came across a turmeric tea , which I started drinking each morning in empty stomach, which has helped me to lose weight and in inches. I've a sweet tooth, I eat sweet, but a small piece only. I eat more fruits and cooked vegetables, as eating salad doesn't suit my stomach. My intake of rice has reduced, feel full with the limited quantity.

Now the real simple remedy-

water 1 glass ( I keep almost 250 ml)
cinnamon 1/2"
turmeric pdr. 1/2 tsp
ginger chopped fine 1 tsp

Put cinnamon piece in water, let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. 
In a glass put turmeric pdr. and ginger, after 5-7 minutes, pour the cinnamon water over turmeric and ginger, mix well, let it rest for 10 minutes, then drink it hot. 
DON'T COVER THE GLASS AFTER POURING THE WATER.

I  didn't measure, but when I told my friend( another older obese lady) she said to be sure, I'll measure. Within a week, she lost 1" around her waist. Now, I can wear some blouses which were tight for me earlier !

Try it without fear, as you'll not have any side-effect, as it has no medicine, unless you're allergic to turmeric or cinnamon or ginger, of which I've never heard so far.

It gives a feeling of fullness, this is my morning tea most of the days. I'm a foodie, I love good food, I love cooking, that is why, I've got a recipe blog too. I love baking, but I bake without eggs, using little oil or ghee with curd, milk and banana, and using millet powder or oats powdered !Then I use palm / cane sugar or jaggery ! Also mostly in my normal tea, now I use jaggery instead of refined sugar, so too when I make my oats or ragi porridge.
