Ginger helps to relieve sore muscles

In  recent weightlifting study, those who consumed 1/2 tsp of ginger per day for 11 days, experienced 25 % less post-workout after consuming ginger than those who took the placebo. The gingerols in ginger have anti-inflammatory, pain relieving properties.
