Foods which keep headache away

Drinking coffee restricts dilated & enlarged blood vessels in your brain, the cause of some headaches. Coffee can also help painkiller meds to be more effective, allowing you to reduce the dose. For migraine pain relief, pumpkin seeds may help, as they're rich in magnesium, which acts to calm overstimulated nerves & tense muscles.
