Goodness of almond and some snacks

It’s really natty to go nutty this season with a bowl of crunchy, munchy almonds! From a bland oval-shaped brown nut to a jazzed up topping or a flavourful dipping, nutritious almonds are undergoing a fun facelift to emerge as an interesting snacky item on the platter.
Lace it with honey or caramel or just have it roasted and salted, almonds can never fail to satiate your taste-buds.
Sprinkle a handful on your daily quota of cereals and milk every morning at the breakfast table and initiate a healthy, fruitful day.
For those prone to allergies, almond milk is highly recommended. Yummy and delicious, the health drink comes with a choice of vanilla and chocolate flavours.
Even the oil-extract from almonds is extremely useful. It is a great moisturiser for skin and hair. And not to forget the superb baby massage it delivers for strengthening the bones and muscles of tiny tots.
The skin of almonds is rich in 20 anti-oxidants and flavonoids. If consumed regularly, almonds augment the IQ levels among growing children.
Ascribed as a mend-it-all wonder nut, almonds are the safest bet to keep tipplers firm on their feet after they hit a wine party. But did you know, almonds are a member of the peach family?
It is a good source of dietary fibre, heart-healthy monounsaturated fat, high-quality protein, vitamin E and minerals like magnesium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus and iron.
