 Edamame- an ounce has to same quantity of Omega -3  and omega 6 fatty acids like an ounce of walnuts

Soybean oil- packed with omega 3 fatty acids, to assist you in meeting your needs of the day.

Kidney beans- a healthy complement to any diet, provides 210 mg of omega 3 fatty acids per cup.

Walnuts- the heart can benefit from the omge-3 fatty acids found in it.

Flax seeds- known to lower cholesterol, they’re one of the best sources of omega 3 fatty acids.
