Pineapple Banana Acid Reflux Smoothie

Diced pineapple 1 1/2 cups

Banana 1

Greek yogurt  1/2 cup

Pineapple juice / water 1 cup

Ice  1/2 cup

Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy the drink !
