Home remedies to get rid of gas pain faster
Gas is a normal byproduct of your
digestive function. In fact, you will not be pleased to know, most

Get on the mat
Studies have shown that exercise can
decrease bloating. This happens because when you exercise, your
intestines are stimulated to move gas more quickly through your
digestive system.
Some of the most helpful exercises to relieve gas include:
- Lie down on your back and move your legs just like you would do while cycling.
- Take a short walk after you eat.
- Some yoga poses like Child's pose, Seated twist and Adamantine pose (vajrasana) can also help relieve gas quickly.
